"4 All the Sistas" is the only album by the American R&B group Sista, released in 1994. The group consisted of four female vocalists, Jo-Jo, Kamesha "Kam" Baker, LaShawn "Mocha" Daniels, and Chonita "Chon" Gilbert, and was formed by rapper Missy Elliott and her producer Timothy "Timbaland" Mosley.
