Return Policy 

Initiating a Return

You have 30 days from the day you or a designated third party (not the delivery service) receive the items to initiate a return. To begin the return process, please inform us via email at, expressing your desire to cancel your purchase. Alternatively, you can contact us at +35 3 896001026  (Irish times). Please check our operating hours and consider any time zone differences before calling. Note that simply refusing to accept the item or failing to collect it without proper notification does not constitute a valid cancellation. Ensure your cancellation notice is sent within the specified 30-day period.

We may reject returns that do not adhere to our return criteria, including cases where shipping, return postage, customs, or other fees are applicable. More details on return costs are provided below.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, ensure the following:

  • The items were received within the last 30 days.
  • The seal on music formats, movies, etc., remains intact.
  • The item is unused (applicable to merchandise, clothing, books, and vinyl accessories).
  • You have notified 33RPM Record Shop about the return beforehand.
  • Items are properly packaged for the return journey to 33RPM Record Shop.
  • You cover the return shipping cost (further details in the following section).

Returns and Shipping Costs (Right of Withdrawal)

You are responsible for all shipping and additional fees for returning items. Items must be well-protected during transit, as we do not issue refunds for goods damaged on their way back to 33RPM Record Shop.

Please include your name and order number in a brief note inside your return package to facilitate efficient processing.

Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. You are responsible for return postage costs. We do not accept returns sent with "cash on delivery." If non-EU customers fail to cover import taxes, customs duties, or if orders are returned due to customer error or refusal to receive, we will deduct outbound and return shipping fees before issuing a refund.

Complaints – Issues with Your Order

If you encounter a defective, damaged product, or an item that doesn't match its online description, please file a complaint within 24 months of delivery via or calling/messaging +353896001026

Report defects promptly after discovery. We'll quickly review your complaint to determine eligibility for a price reduction or refund. If your complaint involves the only item in your order, shipping costs will also be refunded.

We request detailed descriptions of any issues, supported by photos or videos. For complaints made more than 6 months after receipt, you must prove the defect existed upon arrival. Within the first 6 months, the proof obligation is on us.

Defects arising from use are not eligible for compensation. Items missing a seal from our supplier are not considered used or defective if they're otherwise in good condition, as we do not sell second-hand items online.

For EU orders, we may provide a return label for valid complaints. If you opt for an alternative return method without our consent, we'll only refund what the return would have cost us using our label, provided the complaint is valid. Unjustified complaints will have all shipping costs billed to the customer.

For orders outside the EU, due to high return costs and lengthy transit times, we may not require the return of defective items. Instead, we may request proof of destruction for a full refund.

Pre-authorization by our customer service is required for any return due to defects.

Cancelling or Changing Your Order Before Dispatch

Order Cancellation

You are free to cancel any order that hasn’t been dispatched yet without incurring any charges.

Modifying Your Order

Should you wish to modify your order (for example, to add or remove items), you are welcome to do so provided your order hasn’t started the shipping preparation process.

How to Cancel or Modify Your Order

To cancel or request changes to your order, you can either:

  • Call us during our customer service hours, or
  • Email us at with details of your cancellation or requested changes. Please be aware that processing times for email requests may be longer. If your order is close to shipping, we recommend calling to ensure we can address your request in time.

Following Cancellation

Upon cancelling your order, any payment authorizations will be automatically revoked. If you’re removing items from your order, your payment will be adjusted accordingly at the time of dispatch. For any additions, we will send you a new payment link to cover the extra costs.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If your order is dispatched before you cancel, you still have the option to return your order under your Right of Withdrawal. For more details, please refer to the following section.
