When can I expect my order to be shipped?

To find out when your order will be shipped, you can easily check the estimated shipping time and other details for each item. Simply click on the cover or title in your search results.

For items in stock, we typically dispatch them on the same day if the order is placed on a working day before 1 pm (Ireland Time). Otherwise, it will be shipped the following working day. During peak periods like Christmas, stock items may experience slight delays in dispatch. However, if you've ordered both stock and non-stock items together, we'll generally ship the entire order once all items are available in our stock.

Our shipping times are regularly updated based on typical delivery durations from our suppliers. However, there might be instances where an item arrives at our warehouse earlier or later than expected.

You can easily track the status of your order in your customer account's order overview.

When can I expect my order to be delivered to my address?

In addition to the shipping time provided for each item in the product description, you should factor in the transit time required by your chosen freight carrier to deliver your order to your address.

Delivery times from our warehouse to your address vary based on your chosen shipping method and destination country. Estimated delivery times for your address can be found during checkout under each available shipping method in step 2 (Delivery).

Here are the estimated transit times for standard delivery:

• Within the EU: approximately 3-6 working days
• Outside the EU: approximately 10-15 working days (excluding possible customs handling time)

You also have the option to select express delivery during checkout.
