The Brazilian singer and composer Agostinho dos Santos was a well-known personality in bossa nova Personality in the bossa nova, MPB (Brazilian pop music) and rock'n'roll Rock'n'roll movement in his country. Today, he is best known for having the soundtrack of the classic movie Orfeu Negro (the black Orpheus) from 1959 with his voice. On the current LP, Dos Santos sings songs by Antônio Carlos Jobim. It is the very first time that all these songs have been put together together.
