After the maxi singles of nine previous albums have already been released as a box set, the singles of "Exciter" are now already the tenth edition of the series.

Exciter - The 12" Singles, a collector's edition deluxe box set, contains eight 12" vinyl discs with four singles - "Dream On," "I Feel Loved," "Freelove" and "Goodnight Lovers" - as well as B-sides, remixes, instrumentals, acoustic versions and other recordings made to coincide with Depeche Mode's tenth studio album, "Exciter," originally released in May 2001.

Three of the 12" vinyl discs of "Exciter - The 12" Singles" consist of tracks first released as CD singles during the album campaign. Each of these new discs features artwork that mirrors the original CD single releases to create newly compiled 12 "s that visually and musically complement the original releases. The collection includes electrifying remixes of Depeche Mode originals and the single version of "Dirt," DM's captivating take on The Stooges classic.
