Even in the 81st Blue Note year, after the label's globally celebrated anniversary, the successful Blue Note LP series will of course be continued. There are simply still too many Blue Note classics that should be spinning freshly remastered on the turntables!

The current season is once again themed "Great Reid Miles Covers" and was selected based on particularly iconic cover designs by the legendary Blue Note graphic artist. But of course the music is also Blue Note at its best:
