Porcupine Tree
Nil Recurring
Following Porcupine Tree's previously announced reissue series via their own Snapper Music imprint Transmission, 2008's mini-album "Nil Recurring" will be available on classic black vinyl
Originally released on CD in 2008, the mini-album (29 minutes of music) was written during the "Fear Of A Blank Planet" sessions, which were completed in the summer of 2007, and is presented as a cohesive, self-contained Porcupine Tree work. The title track features Robert Fripp on lead guitar, and the album moves through the entire Porcupine Tree spectrum from mysteriously melancholic atmospheres, intimate rhythms and melodic hooks to crashing riffs
Porcupine Tree takes another step in the incredible journey of the band that began as Steven Wilson's solo studio project in the late eighties and has grown into a multi-Grammy nominated act and one of the world's most revered live bands, selling out arenas around the world and wowing fans with their incredible performances
This new Transmission reissue of "Nil Recurring" stays true to the original artwork and has never sounded better.
