Against, released in 1998, marked a new chapter for Brazilian metal giants Sepultura as their first album with American vocalist Derrick Green. Continuing to explore tribal rhythms and percussive experimentation alongside crushing riffs, the band proved their creative drive remained intact. The album features collaborations including Japanese taiko drummers. A powerful, adventurous metal record and an important entry for Sepultura fans and collectors.
