Fijación Oral, Vol. 1, released in 2005, saw Shakira return to Spanish-language music with one of the strongest albums of her career. Mixing pop, rock, bossa nova and reggaeton influences, it features the massive hit 'La Tortura' with Alejandro Sanz. The album won the Grammy for Best Latin Rock/Alternative Album and showcases her songwriting at its most confident and varied. Essential for Latin pop fans and anyone tracing Shakira's remarkable career.
