In July 1969, mankind celebrated the successful landing of Apollo 11 on the moon. And nowhere else was this historic moment honoured with a greater musical output than on the Caribbean island of Jamaica!

To mark the 50th anniversary of the moon landing, Trojan Records is releasing a great collection of 20 (LP contains 12 songs) of the most popular early reggae songs thematically related to this event. The result is an entertaining collection of original Boss Reggae sounds that will delight fans and collectors of 60's Reggae and rare space obscurations. Many of the songs have been sought after for years, and some have not been available on vinyl since the original release.
